Personal Details: Lois was the daughter of Henry Edward Aymes and Leontine Effie Amyes (nee Sunaway). She was also the sister of the late Shirley Ross who was married to the late RNZAF Flight Mechanic Jim Ross

Service Details: Lois enlisted at Hamilton, probably at the RNZAF recruiting office withn the General Post Office in that town. During her service she was apparently stationed at RNZAF Rotorua, and also at RNZAF Hamilton (where she lived in the Riverside Hotel) during her service with the WAAF

Died: 16th of February 2005, aged 87
Buried: Lois was buried at the Leamington Cemetery, Cambridge

Connection with Cambridge: Lois lived in Cambridge before she joined the WAAF, and again after WWII
