James Beck

21st of February 1929, in Islington, London, England as Stanley James Carroll Beck, but always known to family and friends as Jimmy

Died: 6th of August 1973, from burst pancreas during an operation for suspected ulcer at Queen Mary’s Hospital, Roehampton, London, England

Parents: Son of John Henry Beck (meat-porter and tram conductor)  and Mary Elizabeth Beck (made artificial flowers)

Married:Kay Bullus, (married on 10 December 1959)

Children: Step Children from Kay’s previous marriage, Christopher, Diana and David Bullus

Acting Debut: The Hasty Heart, aged about 19, while in the Army at Folkestone
